Rosemary sausage w/brioche bun and easy-over egg
Crunched for time? Keep meal making simple! This is a go-to type of recipe on the farm when we are harried but needing a good dose of porky protein to get work done!
Place pan on cook top on medium heat. Place a quality brioche bun in the toaster. And crack egg or two into bowl.
When pan is hot, place 1/2 lb-1 lb of Rosemary & Sweet Pepper sausage in pan. Cook through and crispy brown bits throughout, about 5 minutes.
Remove meat from heat and place on clean plate. While your toast is toasting, prepare eggs over easy. Once it is all ready to go, plate as a sandwich or open face sandwich! Easy and delicious, enjoy!
