Stir-fry sausage & rice
Slice 1 lb of Stir-Fry Sausage. Set aside.
Slice 1 small head of cabbage.
Heat 3 Tbl Lard in wok.
Stir fry cabbage until wilted, remove from pan and set aside. About 5 minutes.
Add 3 more Tbl Lard and heat up stir-fry sausage until crispy! Add 3 tbl of your favorite stir-fry sauce. We like to use a combo of chili bean paste, sweet bean paste and soy sauce!
Add in cabbage, incorporate sausage and sauce. Stir until well blended. Serve with rice!
